As with the HS, the VS will be assembled with clecoes before the dimpling is completed. The step seen here is the doubler being attached to the rear spar.
The ribs are attached to both the rear spar and front spar.
The tape is used to block out holes to be used for the fairings when they are assembled.
Tape here for same reason.

To rivet the HS you will need to remove the rear spar to be able to buck the rivets.
The riveting is complete except for the center section. This will be completed in another step.

Before the final fit the spars, ribs, and skins all need to be dimpled. Be sure to use the correct size dimpler before starting.
Here is one side being clecoed. I started at the.intersection of the holes on each surface and worked out from there.

With the ribs in place this is my first try at fitting the skins. Important to declare left and right at this point. Also, we taped the holes that we are not going to work with at this particular time.

Got the new parts in and I am having a lot more success with the rivet installation. Following are a few pictures which exhibit the improvement.

This required ordering new parts and completing the tool box exercise. This taught me to know the correct rivet size and most of all how to properly drill out damaged rivets.
